traditions, you are encouraged to enter a deep meditative
and relaxing state in order to facilitate a positive change
in your mind and body.

to 'eliminate' certain qualities or though patterns which
are holding you back
on your present path.
'Past Life Ascension' -
a simple crystal array and meditation to bring forward

a simple crystal array and meditation focusing on your
internal physical body.

of practical crystology. Melody is a scientist and
author of the ‘Love is in the Earth©’
series, and has
developed techniques which are a unique, practical and
